ITS Property and Casualty Consulting, Inc. (ITS P & C) offers a full spectrum of business and technology consulting services to the insurance industry. The company is comprised of employees, dedicated contractors, sub-contractors, and vendor alliances. As a result of this mix of staff, ITS P & C can offer its clients a turnkey business and/or technical solution.

The potential clients and clients of ITS P & C will engage the firm to complete a project, task, or to supplement their staffing. These opportunities represent both the business and technology department’s needs. The degrees of services ITS P & C can provide are: Advisory Consulting, Project Management and Project Staffing.

Advisory Consulting represents the engagements that would allow our consultants to examine and analyze the issues or concerns of a client, search for solutions and options, strategize, and develop an approach and plan for the recommendation. These engagements may include preparing executive presentations, cost benefit analysis, and securing corporate wide agreement. The clients may engage ITS P & C to complete all or parts of this degree of service.

Project Management represents the engagements that would allow our consultants to be accountable and responsible for a project. This degree of services typically encompasses the development of the project plan through the implementation of the changes in production. These engagements may also include the training of the client’s designated sponsor and staff. The clients may engage ITS P & C at any given time during the course of a planned project. ITS P & C will not agree to manage a project that does not have a successful future.

Project Staffing represents the engagements that would allow our consultants to be part of a client’s team and to be directed by the client’s management group.
