Project Managers - ITS P&C is looking for Project Managers with seven to ten years of experience in the P&C insurance industry. They should have experience managing medium to large, multi-phased projects. They should have a solid overall understanding of the P&C insurance business with direct experience in one or more of the following: Claims, Underwriting, Customer Service, Actuarial and/or Statistical Reporting. Specific product knowledge is an added plus in the areas of personal, commercial lines and workers compensation.
Familiarity with insurance processing systems from a user perspective is highly beneficial. Hands on experience with systems such as PMSC Point, PMSC Series III, WINS, Inspire, FREEDOM GROUP, or others is favorable. Experience with product evaluation and selection along with management of modifications, implementation, documentation and customer hand-off are a plus. Successful candidates must be versed on varies applicable platforms, Project Management Tools, and Project Management methodologies..
PMI Certification and insurance designations (CPCU, INS), whether attained or in progress, are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Willingness to travel is required.

Insurance designations (CPCU, INS), whether attained or in progress, are a plus.

P&C Technical Consultants - ITS P&C is looking for Technical Consultants with three to five years of experience in the P&C insurance industry and who have a varied technical background. They should have an understanding of the P&C insurance business that includes knowledge of processing steps required for Claims, Underwriting, Customer Service, Actuarial and/or Statistical Reporting. Specific product knowledge is an added plus in the areas of personal, commercial lines and workers compensation.
Successful candidates should have experience developing applications for a variety of software solutions including languages such as COBOL, RPG, Cool/2E, JAVA, COBRA, COM, XML, HTML. Operating environments include OS/390, AS400, Windows (all types), Websphere, and UNIX. Working knowledge of current package systems such as PMSC Point, PMSC Series III, WINS, Inspire, FREEDOM GROUP, or others.
Insurance designations (CPCU, INS), whether attained or in progress, are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Willingness to travel is required.
