ITS Property & Casualty Consulting, Inc. (ITS P & C) is not a reseller, VAR, or a business partner with any software vendor. We do provide our insurance expertise to the vendors that build and sell software products to the insurance industry. These vendor alliances are "work for hire" arrangements. We do not treat nor view these relationships any different than with our insurance entity client base. We do disclose to our clients our working relationships with the vendors in the event it may be an issue due to the nature of the engagement scope.

Our commitment to our vendor alliances is to provide insurance expertise that will enhance their ability to build the software products to support the processing and features desired by the insurance industry. We also agree to assist their clients in maximizing the benefits of their products, so that the client can experience maximum benefits and throughput from their investment dollars.

Each employee of ITS P & C is expected to honor the confidentiality arrangement with the vendor, while supplying the client with unbiased opinions and options. At any time if an employee feels that he or she is unable to separate these two relationships, maintain their integrity and autonomous opinion, their manager is immediately informed and appropriate action is taken to resolve or eliminate the conflict.
